Larry and Marsha Adams are the proud owners of SunKissed and SunDance @ St. George Island, two thoughtfully designed beach retreats created to share their love of coastal living with others. Married for over 40 years, they are the heart of a close knit family that includes their two daughters, two sons in law, and two cherished grandchildren.

Larry works with Medical Microinstruments, providing advanced microsurgical robotics to hospitals throughout Florida, while Marsha spent many years with an architectural and engineering firm delivering interior design services for medical and corporate projects across the South. Together, they bring a unique blend of precision, creativity, and attention to detail into every aspect of their vacation homes, ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.

They have a passion for renovating homes and creating exceptional vacation experiences, always looking for thoughtful ways to enhance each property. When they’re not working on their latest project, they enjoy spending time with their family and their two German Shorthaired Pointer dogs, Clyde and Pearl.

In 2025, Larry and Marsha welcomed SunKissed to the rental market, followed by the addition of SunDance, expanding their vision of offering premium accommodations on beautiful St. George Island. They genuinely enjoy connecting with guests, sharing local recommendations, and helping families create unforgettable beach vacations.

From thoughtful upgrades to personalized touches, Larry and Marsha take pride in creating exceptional experiences. Their goal is simple: to make every guest feel at home while creating memories they’ll cherish long after their stay on Florida’s Forgotten Coast.
